As a young girl, my friends would tell me I’m bossy. It was not until I was older that I realized that they were really saying that I am an amazing facilitator! Therefore it is no surprise that my professional career consists of mental health work, directing volunteer services, advocating patients' rights, and being the spokesperson of a hospital. Not to exclude my speaking profession of Keynote speaker, conference presenter, and corporate trainer/facilitator, where I encourage and empower people to manage their time, communicate effectively, identify their dreams, set goals/intentions and achieve their full potential.
It only seems natural that the Conversation Renaissance would be my next progression.

One of my greatest values are my close relationships with friends! I describe myself as an extroverted introvert: in close, comfortable situations, I find myself very outgoing, engaged and authentic. In large parties, I tend to shy away from the superficial conversations.
While I have a wonderful career, I found myself getting stuck in my routines and stagnating. My best friend Inez came out to visit and spent the summer with us and helped me to think through what changes to make. Having missed in depth meaningful conversations, I decided to look into joining a salon.
I was chatting with my amazing friend Gwen about this idea when she excitedly said she was thinking of the very same thing. We both realized how many people we knew were feeling the same desire to connect with others through thoughtful conversation.
I am truly blessed and grateful to have so many wonderful old and new friendships. This salon has renewed by spirit and energized me in countless ways to be a better person.
